Designer Marc Jacobs filled his Fall runway show with belted, high waist trousers, accented with feminine fabrics on top. Karl Lagerfeld, Chanel’s lead designer, kept true to Coco’s signature aesthetic with textured, men’s wear styles.
High waisted pants are great because they flatter all body types. They add curves to those who don’t have them and camouflage curves for those who do; all of this while accenting the skinniest part of a woman’s figure.
